As you start to wind down Palos Verdes Drive East, you'll see a pullout that can accommodate about five cars, offering killer views of the Pacific Ocean. If you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of a few majestic cargo ships loaded with all sorts of plastic-y treasures straight from China, making their grand entrance into the Port of Long Beach.
