Description:

In the summer of 1923, the La Venta Inn was the first structure to be built on the entire Palos Verdes Peninsula. Initially named "Clubhouse 764," the cherished edifice was crafted in a Spanish villa style by architect siblings Pierpont and Walter Swindell Davis. The renowned landscape architects, the Olmstead brothers, creators of the Grand Central Park design, meticulously planned the grounds. Presently, Palos Verdes Estates stands as one of the world's most stunning residential communities.
